Sahra Petroleum Consulting (‘SPC’) was established in Sana’a, Yemen. Founded by Mr. Rashid Al-Kaff, SPC started with a small group of professionals focusing mainly in the consultancy and advisory services in niche market projects. It provides a wide range of specialist consulting and advisory services across the legal, technical and financial sectors of petroleum, minerals, power and related industries.
In 2010, Sahra Petroleum Limited (‘SPL’) was established to expand and explore the oil & gas industry market. Fueled by the success of SPC, SPL provides a wide range of high-quality specialists services to oil, gas, energy & mining companies and their related industries.
2012 marks another milestone for the company, as it continues to expand and explore. This time in the region of Cayman Islands through the company Varanium Capital Limited ('VCL'). It is an integrated energy company committed to the improvement and advancement of vast activities in discovering, generating, carrying, revolutionalizing, retailing and trading in oil, gas, Flared gas, power and related industries in various sectors.
Sahra Petroleum LLC -Oman was established as part of the company's vision of expansion. Initially, it is the first step to maximize its presence in the Middle East.
A radical and/or vital business transition for Sahra, as it penetrates the United Arab Emirates market, through Sahra Consulting Fzco ('SCF'), in the service fields of management & consultancies.
Sahra, through its clear vision & well-defined mission, continued to expand in the UAE market, this time in the heart of its service, the oil & gas market, trading and related industries through Sahra Petroleum International Limited ('SPIL') which was established in 2017.
After two years, the company becomes usntoppable in the UAE market, thus leading to the establishment of another affiliate, Future Energy Petroleum Supply LLC ('FEPS'). Its strenghts lie in the trading and supplying of marine fuels, that arose from thousands of relations accross the oil and shipping industries.
As the global pandemic continues and the new normal is slowly accepted, Sahra seized the opportunity to venture and penetrate the crypto world and related industries, which gave birth to Sahra Venture Capital Limited (‘SVC’).
